The Directors are excited to invite you to the 32nd Water Supply Association Annual Conference & Trade Show on October 29th & 30th, 2026 at the beautiful Prestige Lakeside Resort in Nelson, BC

Training Session #1 Dam Safety & Maint Training – the topics for the Dam Training are being formulated by the BC Dam Safety Division.. stay tuned…
Training Session #2 – Join industry-leading manufacturers and suppliers for practical, hands-on training sessions designed specifically for water and wastewater operators. Topics include water meters, valve selection, MJ fittings and restraints, metering pumps, Inserta-Tee installations, water chemistry, hydrant maintenance, and bolted coupling applications. Gain practical knowledge, earn EOCP continuing education credits, network with peers, and explore the latest technologies at the trade show. See the detailed outline here !

1:30 PM Annual General Meeting – Minutes, Financials, Elections and an update from the Ministry of Community Services / Housing.
3:30 PM Trade Show with appies / drinks/ door prizes
7:15 PM Banquet and Awards
Fri Oct 30th: Full Day of Speakers. Program is being finalized.. tentative topics include the Bald Range Fire in Summerland; water supply and regulatory updates; BCWWA Collective Partnerships; Forests as infrastructure, changes in the New Forest Act; procedures for small water & wastewater systems; 2026 Drought and the impact on farmers in the N. Okanagan and the Province’s direction on water security… to name a few!
