Trade Show Information Page for Vendors

 

WSABC AGM TRADE SHOW OCT 29th 2026 at the PRESTIGE LAKESIDE RESORT, NELSON BC  

 

💧  access to the trade show area will only be available for four vendors at 7:30 PM the evening before the event. Full access will be open at 9:30 PM or early the next morning.  There is an event being held all day in the room on Wednesday, October 28th, 2026 and staff need to re-set. 

💧Please note… we are trying something different this year…. so please work with us !!  as there is an Operator Training Session going on in the Trade Show area with eight Vendors during the day on Thurs the 29th, please set up your booths as respecfully as you can so the Operators in Training can get the most out of the day!  Thank you in advance! 

💧  no assigned space.. first come first serve

💧  each vendor will have a six ft table with a covered cloth & a chair

💧  please bring your own extension cords if power is required

💧  be ready by 3:30 PM on the Trade Show date, as the persons attending the Operator Training Sessions will want to visit you when they are done!

💧  trade show will be fully on until 6:15 PM.  Booths must be cleared out at the end  of the banquet as the space may be required for other events.

💧  cocktails will be available in the trade show area; tickets or cash or credit card

💧  appies will be served throughout the event

💧  bring your PRIZES  to the registration desk; tickets will be drawn throughout the   Trade Show

💧  for more than one person at the booth.. please register the second / third person through our website www.wsabc.ca  as a banquet guest

💧  we expect a great turnout…. LETS HAVE FUN !!
